How to play Art Walk in Sausalito
Sausalito Art Walk has increased its musical presence in an effort to expand the disciplines represented. Music is an art form and we feel it should be an integral part of our event. We encourage musicians to experiment and to feel free to sit in with other acts. The spirit of artistic expression is what the event is all about.
There are artists painting on the street as well as carnival performs in and amongst the crowd. There are over 20 merchants that open their establishments to visual artists to display their work. They have a opening reception for incoming artists every second Wednesday through October.
We are not biased to any genre of music and welcome all musicians to apply.
Our music calendar is filling quickly. If you want to perform during the 2007 season, now is the time to apply.
We will actively promote your appearance and add a bio page devoted to your act. The PR that you will receive will be part of the benefit of appearing at our event.
Simply click the submission link below and send a link with samples of your tracks online, preferably a demo. Your music will be reviewed and you will be contacted if we have in openings on our music calendar that we would like you to fill.
Art Walk of Sausalito brings a larger selection of musicians to Sausalito as well. All submissions are equally considered. We appreciate your interest in participating in our event.
You must submit samples of your work to be considered. You can not simply show up and expect to play at our event.
